The Beginning of Rescued Garden Mania

Our passion for collecting and arranging is soon to be moving outdoors.  Before the garden is ever planned we begin the hunt for its furnishings ~ old, chippy peeling painted chairs and tables, tools, fences, wagons, barrows, gates, birdbaths, trellises, and vases. Our search begins in other people's yard sales and garages, flea markets, junk shops, and the once in a life time side-of-the-road giveaways!!

Gardeners, this is the time of year to be on the lookout for artful ways to show off your prized tomatoes.
* fun chalkboard buckets

Virginia Shawver of The Rusty Bird at The Mad Hatter Vintage Flea Market filled beautiful vintage bowls with hens and chicks & a baby bird nest...so cute!!
Love planting old tomatoes in vintage galvanized buckets, and then propping them on old tiffany blue garden chairs!!

Our vision of the Hanging Gardens includes old rusty galvanized siphons, love that it already has a proper drainage hole.
*Easy to make with a little wire for the hangers.
